I love a seasonal tee! Don’t you? I mean who doesn’t love to celebrate with a cute shirt? I have the easiest way to create your own fun tee! And if you have littles this may give you a million ideas! In fact, we could be creating a crafting, celebrating monster! Just kidding! But, I will admit that when my kiddos were little I loved all the seasonal shirts! And if there was a birthday coming up…watch out! There was a shirt for the occasion!

You only need 3 things! Thats right, just three! A shirt, fabric and Heat n Bond! You can get your Heat n Bond at a craft store or Walmart.

Open your fabric up so it is laying face down. Lay a piece of Heat N Bond on top of your fabric so the smooth paper side is facing you.

Using your iron and following the manufactures directions, iron the paper and the fabric. All the wrinkles in the paper will smooth out nicely and you will be able to tell that it has adhered to the fabric.

Now it is time to draw! I decided to free hand a heart but you have so many options here! If you are worried about your drawing skills you can print a template and simply trace!

Using a good pair of scissors cut out your design!

Now it is time to peel off the paper backing. This is my favorite part! You will be able to see the glue on the backside of your fabric!

Place the heart wherever you like on your shirt! You could also do this on canvas bags, a pillowcase, and the list goes on!

On medium heart and with some pressure, iron your heart on your shirt. Be sure to follow the Heat N Bond directions. I ironed each section for about 8 seconds.

And there you have it! The cutest little tee! Perfect for Valentines Day!

Several of you asked about how the shirt would hold up. I recommend following the manufacturers directions and wash inside out and hang to dry. It probably isn’t going to last forever but it is perfect for a holiday or special occasion!
